The hotel is near Narita Station. Full facilities, clean, quite spacious room. We booked two beds. In the corridor between the front door of the bathroom and the bag can be opened 28 inches and 24 inches open simultaneously. Check in and check out very early. Very good service staff. There is a free shuttle. We flew in the morning. Choose the first round at 05.25 hrs. Arrive at the airport. Chill. Wait for check in. Personally that it is convenient and suitable for people who have morning fights Last night before going to bed near the airport.

I was scheduled to depart early the next morning, so I asked them to ship my luggage even though it was late at night. Despite the late hour and the large number of people checking in, they handled it with a smile without showing any displeasure, which was a great help.

Service and quality are quite ok even though it is a 3-star hotel but the staff and amenities are quite good. Very close to Narita airport so convenient

Convenient, clean, free parking, with airport shuttle, wide room

The hotel is located right near Narita Airport, making it incredibly convenient to get there, and they offer a constant shuttle service. Because it's so close to the airport, there aren't many entertainment options nearby, but the hotel still has plenty of amenities, including restaurants and souvenir shops. The price is reasonable, the rooms are more spacious than other hotels in Tokyo, have beautiful views, and are clean. Overall, it's a 10/10 for anyone needing accommodation near the airport.

Everything was perfect. This is the second time I'm staying in the hotel and they actually made things better this time.

I was travelling with 2 kids. I booked a double bed room. Staying at this hotel was over expectation. The room was classic look but spacious, not a typical hotel in Japan. The location is great, just next to Narita station and 15 minutes walk to Shinsoji temple. The one that amazed me was the staff ability to speak English.

There's a shuttle bus that runs three times a day until the evening. The rooms are spacious and clean. The elevator didn't have to wait long even though there were a lot of people. Very satisfied.

Comfort Hotel Narita is close to Keisei Narita Station and JR Narita Station, just cross the street from Keisei Narita Station East Exit. The hotel rooms are spacious, the hotel staff is patient, the breakfast is delicious, and there are many kinds.

I had a pleasant stay at International Garden Hotel Narita. One of the best features is the convenient free shuttle bus service, which runs to Narita Airport, Narita Station, and the nearby mall, making it very easy to get around. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing stay. Breakfast was nice, with a good variety and enjoyable taste to start the day. Overall, it’s a great choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and easy airport access. Highly recommended for transit stays or short trips near Narita.

The hotel is located close to Narita Airport Terminal 3. Check-in and check-out are quick and easy using the vending machines. A free shuttle bus to Narita Airport is provided every 10-20 minutes. The rooms are nice and clean, and there's a Lawson next door. Staying here is highly recommended for early morning flights from Narita Airport.

It's near to the Narita airport, and the hotel offers a free shuttle to - and from hotel to the airport. The room is cozy and quite large. Bathtub is also available, :-) which is in many hotels is no longer available, or bathtub is a luxury! We stayed 5 days there.
