I LOVED everything about this hotel! Location is great, very convenient. Next time I visit Osaka, I will definitely come back and stay here again for sure.

Very nice and clean room. All staff so helpful and kind. Strategic location. Highly recommend. Shopping mall around and plenty of convenience store. Shower room is one of the best I came across.

If you're in Osaka, stay here. It's very close to shopping and Dotonbori, with the station right below the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable.

The hotel has many facilities in the same buildings, such as a mini market, public bath, and laundry room. The staff are nice and helpful. This hotel has a clothes compression machine that saves quite a good space in luggage.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. I really enjoy staying in this great hotel. I will come back again. I will recommend it to my friends and family.

Hotel is about 10 mins walk from the Osaka station and less than 5 mins from the airport limo bus pickup point. The plus points of this hotel are the complimentary onsen, coffee, snacks, happy hour drinks, and supper at different times of the day. You can totally stay in the hotel all day!

The location is perfect—just a few minutes’ walk to Osaka/Umeda Station, which made getting around the city super convenient. The hotel is surrounded by shops, restaurants, and easy transport links. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, with everything you’d need for a short stay. Staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. If you’re looking for a practical, well-located, and reliable place to stay in Osaka, this hotel is a great choice. Accommodation is easy to find near to the Donky mall and many restaurants. There are convenience stores around. 5 minutes walk to jr.osaka line.

Love to stay here! Only 3 mins to Dotonbori, 2 mins to Donki, next to Seven Eleven, also near to Shinsaibashi, Namba Station and others. Great!

The location is great, the staff is very helpful and accommodating. I was able to keep my luggage for 3 days when I moved to Kyoto and come back to the hotel for the next 3 days before my flight.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at during my entire trip in Japan. It's a 5-7mins walk from the station, super close to a mall, konbini, food place & everything. The room is quite spacious unlike other hotels in Japan, the service was great—I sent my luggage to Takayama @ 11pm and the staff is very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great service and nice location

Location 1 stop from Osaka / Nishi Umeda station. Hotel is just beside Higobashi station, take exit 2. With the same line, you can reach Namba/ Shinsaibashi in 10 minutes. Near hotel you can find Matsuya (yummy and cheap) and Udon restaurants, plus starbuck and 2 minimarts. Hotel itself are clean and tidy. Value for money

A super spacious hotel room, very clean & smooth check in & check out process. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The location is also great, 1 minute from Yodoyabashi station.

I booked a total of 6 rooms in this hotel for my business trip agenda in Osaka. The hotel location is perfect, nearby to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi area, where there are a lot of food and shopping stores. I really love the room which is spacious, and also they have a very good breakfast menu selection.
