Enjoyed my stay at this hotel with outstanding service from the staff (especially Amira and the restaurant/bar staff) and good standard of food in the restaurant. The seafood buffet meal was particularly good value. Room was comfortable and clean.

From the security officers to the front desk staff & the all other staff at various sectors were friendly, alert & always in smile. - The security officers are great, always looking out around the premise's to ensure safety & render help whenever needed. On 1 night both my female guests returned to hotel near midnight, a security officer took the effort to escort them to the lift lobby to ensure they are safe. - The small issues was that 1 of my guest's room key was not functioning well & needed to approach the Front Desk in few trips to have it fixed.

The room is spacious with comfortable bed. With the humid weather outside, the aircon in the room opposed it as it is cold. Not forgetting the room is clean, including the toilet. There is a hand spray bidet as well. The breakfast buffet is massive. So many food that you’ll be spoiled for choices. From western, pastry, to local delights. Location wise is awesome. Walking distance to supermarket, food chains, and what’s not. Enjoyed my stay and will be back again!

It was not the best experience, upon checking in: - Shower drainage has hair on it when we checked in. - There was also hair on the toilet floor. - The room curtain were so long it was dragging on the floor - The pillows smell of sweat or grease - Wardrobe has an unpleasant smell - There was no where to place your toiletries in the shower area, we had to put our toiletries (face wash etc) ON THE FLOOR. - Breakfast spread was good however not the best, same hot items for 3 days. No changes. - There was no serviette or napkins during Breakfast. We had to ask for some from the Bar counter

I first tried this hotel in 2022 when my needed me to be in that area and had been there 2 or 3 times per year for work. My recent visit was with my family, as I missed the environment to be there.

There's a lot of eating establishments around the hotel. Even though the hotel is a distance away from the beach, the hotel staff took us in the van to shuttle us there. There's a printout of the timings and a booking system, so we thought we had to follow the timings. However, on our second day, a staff helped us shuttle to the beach despite not booking. So I'm not too sure how the booking system worked, but we were thankful for the kind staff who shuttled us there. Spacious room, value for money. Breakfast was good, not exceptional, but good enough.
