This hotel definitely makes me feel satisfied with a reasonable price, clean room, hot water, and friendly, supportive staff. It just takes you around 3-5 minutes to walk from the hotel to BTS Saint Louis. This is a business area, so it’s quiet at night but still safe. If you travel alone and you want to have a quiet place to rest, this will be a good option.

I had a great stay at i Residence Hotel Silom for 2 nights. The location is very convenient, especially because it is close to the BTS Chong Nonsi station, making it easy to travel around Bangkok. The staff were friendly, helpful, and check-in was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the city view here. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money and is a great option for travelers who want a convenient location in Silom. I would stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok.

The location of the hotel is perfect for everything, e.g. transportation, food, availability of convenient store and chilling. If you are to grab for coffee or food ... no problem! There are selections of franchises (Starbucks, KFC, etc) nearby. If you are hungry for tasty and affordable local food, "Mama Mia" and "Cheaper & Better" are available within 5-7 minutes walk. We love the choices of pillows given in the room, either 'soft' type or 'firm' type. This provides a heavenly sleep throughout the night. The gym facilities are basic for good sweat out and to burn the fats over the holidays. :) Keep it up! We are looking forward to come again soon. Thank you for the awesome experience!!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel during my trip to Bangkok, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The first thing that stood out was how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. The rooms were spotless, the bathrooms gleamed, and even the hallways and public areas were kept in immaculate condition throughout my stay. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job each day, and it really added to the overall comfort. The location of the hotel is also unbeatable right in the heart of Bangkok, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Despite being centrally located, the hotel itself offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a full day of sightseeing. With its combination of cleanliness, comfort, and a prime location, this hotel truly made my Bangkok trip smooth and memorable. A very comfortable stay, friendly staff, and a very extensive daily breakfast menu. I initially planned to stay for two days, but then extended my stay for another two days and will stay at this hotel again when I visit Bangkok. The price is also very reasonable for the facilities.

Had my first stay here in early February 2026! The location is highly recommended—it’s just a few steps away from the Chong Nonsi BTS station. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby to fit any budget, and a 7-Eleven right there for some snacks. A special shout-out to a male staff member who speaks Malay (I forgot his name, unfortunately!); he was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived until we checked out.

This Ibis hotel is different from other Ibis I've spent staycation at Jakarta and Bali before. The significant difference was on the comfortable spacious room interior. Other benefits are more, like the hi-speed strong Wi-Fi connection up to the outdoor area that helped me a lot during my business trip - delicious breakfast menus with longer time limit until 10.30 AM - fantastic cruise ship night view at the restaurant outdoor area - nearby 7-Eleven and local restaurants - and above all: end-to-end great hospitality service.
