The room is spaced and clean except we spot a small roach crawling around. Stayed on 52nd floor, the view is excellent. The staffs are very polite and provided excellent services. We have free breakfast and there are a lot of food choices. The hotel ambiance is wonderful. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Just overall vibes was not great, lights were flickering all night long as the place was haunted. As we checkin no telephone or television was working. We booked one king bedroom and that was presented to us while checking in two Single beds. Managed promised for us before checking in we will make that one. Didnt happen. Overall bad experience. Not recommended at all. So far the worst service hotel in bangkok.

Staff was amazing, they were very polite. Room was always clean and breakfast was fresh with many choices. Special thanks to one of the employees Jin. She was very kind. She made my birthday here feel brighter. I also want to thank Fiat for always greeting me with much happiness, he made me feel very welcomed. I also want to thank the manager for the apology letter I received after the inconvenience I faced being a solo traveler which conflicted with a new hotel policy when I first arrived.

The facilities were absolutely wonderful including the suite we stayed in, the pool area, the quietness of the lifts and corridors. The staff were so helpful in all things we asked of them from housekeeping to concierge to all other general staff. The breakfasts were amazing with such a variety of food and help from staff. We would highly recommend this hotel also for its location in a very busy tourist area with access to transport and local food and shopping and attractions.
