The old air conditioner takes a long time to cool down even when set to 18 degrees, and the airflow is weak.

Overall, the hotel is pretty good. There's daily housekeeping and the cleaning staff are very enthusiastic, offering to change towels and linens if needed. They provide two free bottles of water daily, and the laundry service is completely free. There were some creepy-looking creatures crawling around in the kitchen. Someone said the TV wouldn't turn on, but that's just a loose plug. I couldn't turn it on either at first, but after some tinkering, it worked. The hotel closes around 10 pm, so if you're out late, go down to the parking area and take the elevator up. It's a cheap hotel with convenient services. I just needed a place to stay before exploring the city, so this place was perfect!

The staff is extremely friendly, I even borrowed an iron, the room is clean, has dishes, chopsticks, rice cooker, electric kettle, hot water for bathing. Overall, very convenient, worth renting.

Because my accommodation needs are not high, I find the accommodation okay and clean. Laundry service is available free of charge. Daily cleaning

My clothes got wet in the rain and I left them in the basket. The hotel took them to the laundry without charge. Very satisfied with the service.

Room is smaller than hotel photo. Poor soundproofing. Not close to amenities.

There is no reception, the door is very difficult to close. There is a stop sign in front of the building so it's a bit confusing.

Great Hotel & Location. In the heart of Cau Giay. Walk to all the dining, party, and shopping spots with ease. The staff was great! Always greeted with a smile and interest in what we planned for the day, to which they would make suggestions and tips. I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends to stay while visiting.

Room is very comfortable. Very satisfied with the first time using the apartment. I checked in late at night and the security guard was very friendly.

Bad room, dirty station

The room is clean, quite well equipped. Around the hotel there are many trees so the air is fresh, there is a small yard to exercise or take a walk. If you have to go home late at night, you will be supported very comfortably!!!

Cool and comfortable. Great aircon, very comfortable rooms. Great location away from tourist area (where you get constantly hassled by hawkers) with lots of great food nearby.
