Villa in Gion

Convenience for visit famous places. Clean and private.

10 was clearly too many. There wasn’t enough privacy between beds because it’s just separated with some kind of nets. But nevertheless good location, perfect for backpackers looking to see Gion and Kawaramachi. Heater was turned on and it worked perfectly. I think for the price, this is by far the best that you can get. Maybe next time I’ll book the women only bunk bed.

Compared to hotels in Tokyo at the same price, this hotel is slightly wider. In the room there is a refrigerator and microwave. The location is quite close to the station. The neighbourhood around the hotel is also cosy.

The hotel is very clean. The capsule is bigger than what is shown in the picture and what you expected. They provide everything for the stay- pajama, slipper, small towel, big towel, small mat, showering stuff, hair dryer, etc. Noted: you have to leave the hotel at 10 to sometime in the afternoon for them to clean up but your luggage can be still in the locker.

The hotel was very clean, and the best part was walking distance to Tsukiji Food Market. Would love to revisit this hotel when in Kyoto later

Spacious, comfy, near the bus stop, and worth the price. The best accommodation of my trip in Japan. Definitely worthy! *The weakness is there was no 24/h check in counter. I can’t check in because there was no email related the check in passcode. We try to contact CS, but he doesn’t help at all. Instead of giving solution, they let us freezing in the middle of night (11PM) without any compensation. Luckily we met the other guest that help us to contact the hotel, and we finally got our room passcode at 1AM.

Great location, just few minutes from subway, good japanese bath experience.
