Bus Round-trip Transfer from Hanoi to Sapa

Really very very very bad experience!

I took a round trip ticket from Hanoi to Sapa, the travel time was 5-6 hours and the bus company stopped at the bus stop, but according to me, it was announced to go to the toilet and eat for about 30 minutes, but when I got off the station to come to buy rice and rice just brought out, heard the driver announce that it's time to get on the bus?! It's not even 15 minutes yet?! I quickly devoured 1.2 pieces of rice because I was really hungry when I had to travel a long way without eating anything and regretting that the rice that was brought out was still hot! And not only me or the other 7 members of the group traveling together (including a small child), but I also saw other passengers traveling in the same bus still gnawing food in their mouths. Hurry up and get in the car when you hear the announcement! Actually, the 5.6-hour journey is not a short one, but there are also small children, so the bus operator should consider the time so that passengers can comfortably eat when they stop at the stop, not eat like " run away" like that! Passengers who choose to ride in the top of the big and famous garage, the garage should also reconsider to create more sympathy and good impression with customers who have trusted their products. Or do you think that you are the only one operating in the shuttle service from Hanoi to Sapa, so you don't need a better service?! This is my opinion on behalf of our team when using Sao Viet's transportation, hope the bus will improve better to bring the trust and love of passengers!

Bus is really clean and comfortable, but the schedule change really ruined our itinerary. We booked our trip from Sa Pa to Ha Noi at 13.00, we got notified they have to move our schedule to 15.30 because the one departing at 13.00 already full, and suddenly we got mailed again, they move our schedule again to 16.00.

Clean and on time. It is very convenient to pick up us from Noi bai airport to sapa.

Highly recommended for those planning to Sa Pa directly from the airport. Don't need to make your own way to bus/train stations and have no risk of getting ripped off by taxi. Just wait at Column No. 4 in front of the terminal. The bus staff will find you and lead you to the bus. The bus arrives in SaPa around 3.30 but they let you sleep on the bus until 5.30 (with the engine off). The bed seat is long and comfy enough to make you sleep tight. Good experience and convenience at good price!
