Staff were considerate in allocating our room close to the coffee and breakfast lounge as I had a foot injury. The room was clean and the bed comfortable and showers great. Plus, they happily organized a taxi for us.

Wow, what a hidden little gem 💎. Our stay was so relaxing and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the pool area has such a tranquil atmosphere. We will definitely be back. The buffet breakfast selections were amazing and the cocktails were pretty darn good too. Thanks for a beautiful stay!

Eden Oak Geelong
A big Thank You to the staff for your caring support. We originally booked two nights to recover from jet lag and do some sight-seeing, but eating some bad food the morning we arrived changed that plan. You were able to extend our stay a day at a time, gave a good referral to a clinic, and otherwise made us as comfortable as possible.
Our room was nice and comfortable and the common areas are architecturally beautiful with a lovely pool area and surroundings. The location is in a park adjacent to the 4th oldest botanic garden in Australia. Beautiful. Shopping is walkable, but maybe better to drive there if you’re carrying groceries.
Breakfast buffet is included. It’s a good one, with eggs, meat, hash browns, baked beans, pancakes, lots of breads, and fruit. Dinner is generally by menu, but sometimes by buffet if a group is being hosted.
Overall our stay here is a good memory. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is one of the nicest accommodations in this price range. We got lucky with this gem in the park!

The room itself was clean and clearly been renovated nicely in recent years. I did not use the pool or restaurant but I have to say the exterior of the property looked run down and did not reflect the photos on the website. The wifi was excellent, shower was great and the 2 staff members I met were polite.

Breakfast, Pool all great. Clean through out. Two ideas for management to look at. 1. Closing laundry at 7pm, limiting on a days sightseeing and dinner completion. 2. When you check in the entrance circle full of cars, had to park 100m away on golf parking then walk in mostly darkness to front entrance reception

Room had a terrible smell. Smelt like an off dead animal. Complained within 5 minutes of being there as it was unbearable.
The hotel knew about it, blaming the previous tenants with their cooking fish with fish oil in the room. They even admitted to not airing out the room as there was no fly wire on the door to the outside deck. Gave no compensation

Our room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The resort is located within the botanical gardens and is so quiet and peaceful. Nice bathroom but shower a bit squishy. The Thai food at restaurant is excellent and some of the best we have ever eaten! The pool is so great. Staff on the front desk not overly friendly but in bar and restaurant were very nice.
