The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was very convenient with easy access to attractions and public transport. The buffet breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of options. Unfortunately, our initial room had a few issues — the toilet and lights were not working. The staff responded quickly and moved us to another room where the amenities were in good working order, which we appreciated. One downside was that we could hear trains throughout the night, which made it a little difficult to sleep. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with helpful staff, but the train noise may be something to consider if you’re a light sleeper.

It was a lovely hotel to stay, will definately stay again. I stayed on the 8th floor. Room was clean. The only negative is there is no dinning in the restaurant available
