만트라 온 졸리몬트 멜버른

숙소 위치는 무료트램존에서 조금 벗어난 곳이긴 하지만, 금액 대비 호텔 상태가 좋았습니다. 로비에 계신 직원도 친절하시고 무료wifi도 제공받았으며, 5박동안 편하게 잘 이용했습니다. 문제는 호텔스닷컴에서 메세지를 보내면 답장을 받을 때 까지 1~2일 걸리고, 그마저도 답장을 안 주실 때도 있어요. 그래서 체크인 전까지 물어볼 것이 많았는데 좀 답답했어요. 그리고 보증금을 신용카드로 결제했더니, 체크아웃 때 보증금 환불까지 시간이 좀 걸린다고는 했으나 2주 뒤인 지금도 감감무소식입니다. 메세지를 보냈지만 역시 답장이 없구요. 이 후기 보시면 보증금 건에 대해 어서 처리해주셨으면 좋겠습니다.

아파트형 호텔이라 음식과 담화를 나누기 좋았음.

피츠로이 가든 근방이라 조용하고 좋았어요. 호텔이 전체적으로 조용한 분위기 였는데 다만 에어컨인지 뭐가 돌아가는 소리가 자꾸 나서 밤에 잠들때 조금 불편했습니다. 직원 분들 친절해요.

Stayed at this hotel for two days. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, and the overall price of the room was reasonable. However, the rooms are quite old and need renovation. The room felt stuffy and poorly ventilated, with very little fresh airflow. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. The breakfast was particularly disappointing for the price the selection was very limited, mainly consisting of scrambled eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, dried bacon, and some fruit. Considering the cost, it did not provide good value for money and was not worth the price charged. While the friendly staff were a highlight, improvements to the rooms and breakfast offering would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Close to everything and staff were kind

Great location, easy walk to Margaret Court Arena and MCG. Room was bigger than expected and we loved the kitchenette area and access to balcony. Comfortable bed. Would stay again!

Sensational location with good access to sports and entertainment venues as well as parks, gardens and the city.

Easy to check my family in and out, we arrived late in the evening and had a late check out the process was fast. Parking isn't great, very tight squeeze. Staff is very friendly. Outdoor pool was great and enjoyed that even though it's outside, its heated. Have all ready booked to stay again, due to this place being walking distance, very close to Aami park and the Melbourne Cricket Grounds.

We booked for 2 adults & 1 child, but when we arrived, there was no 3rd bed, nor was there even 3 towels in the room on check in. When we spoke to reception about why there wasn't a third bed, I was told "we don't make assumptions." Not sure who expects 2 adults to sleep in the same bed of a 6 year old... The rollaway that was eventually delivered had a stained doona and no doona cover (we only discovered this after the second night - our son was in contact with the stains whilst sleeping). We had a few other 'minor' issues, just really took the polish of a wonderful Anzac Day weekend in Melbourne. Whilst the location is amazing for events at the MCG, the hotel is aged and in need of a facelift, and not worth the premium being charged.
