Stay was alright, having to carry around a key is annoying. Having no fridge is a big inconvenience in this day and age. Only garbage is in the bathroom. Small room for the price definitely not worth it. Bathroom is beautiful pretty much the same size as room. Told there was parking in the back didn’t see any signage for parking. No fridge and minimal counter space for the price as well as ac that requires the window to be open with the train blasting their horn every hour is definitely not ideal. I’m nice I’ll rate it 3 stars if this was in a populous city I’d give it 1.

Great central location with excellent food at restaurant with great historical characteristics with modern conveniences. I stay here every time I am in the area.

The room was a run down as was the breakfast from. Having no Proper shower just a hand held shower head is a huge problem. The staff were amazing! Very considerate and understanding!

I just love the Victorian setting. It was nice and clean. I also love the location downtown close to shops and everything. The only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t get the TV to work

Very nice vintage Hotel

There was no breakfast, the frig was broken so milk, yogurt, bread and everything was bad. No pastries or fruit. Nothing to eat, even though was to be a breakfast. Often no hot water, ran water for 15 mins and still no hot water to wash face at night, in morning got 1 minute of hot water then when shampoo in hair, water went cold again to rinse off shampoo. The light fixture had a broken switch, the trap in the shower was not attached so it moved around shower floor. There was no one to contact for any of these problems, the bar restaurant for contact did not open until 11 am, closed at 9 am, and was closed on Sundays. Overall just a terrible experience, worst ever for an Inn or bed and breakfast. I sent an email after we checked out, and no one ever responded to our concerns, that just shows how little they care about their clients after they take your money.

Great Spot! I eat here often. Staff is amazing. First time staying and for an old building it is in great shape. My hotel in a brand new building the previous night had more damage. Everything worked perfect. Staff were amazing.

Always a delight.

It was a very cool spot to stay. Gave a European feel. Only one complaint we tried everything to figure out the remotes, no channels would come in. Hockey was on so hubby wasn't thrilled. Watched on the phone.

My daughter and I had a great stay. The room was very clean!

Great unique building. We stayed on top floor which had a large bedroom, sitting area and large bathroom and shower. Just outside the door was a well outfitted kitchen with free access to coffee and light breakfast. If stairs are a problem for you book lower down.
