Cox Bay Beach Resort

Fully equipped kitchen with nice stainless steel pots and pans. Great location and walkable to the beach. Would be nice if the amenities were open earlier and a bit later but not a dealbreaker.

very nice and spacious. One of the heat board was not working we had to wait 2 hours for the room to be heated properly. But they were prepare to send some one even on Christmas eve.

The 2 bedroom unit was spectacular. It was so quiet and spacious. The beds were incredible. The location is just... special.

Have stayed at this property a handful of times and I am always more than happy with the overall stay. Units are well kept, staff are friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and staff friendly. The amenties (hot tub and suana) are in need of refreshing - sauna panel was broken with many buttons missing, locking mechanism to access sauna was broken). Hot tub was luke warm. The location is amazing though, great access to the beach.

The rooms were fully equipped so we could eat out or make some food in our rooms. The staff was very kind and professional. The view and location to the water is great. Just takes a quick 1 min walk to make it to the beach. Highly recommend!

Cox Bay Beach Resort had direct access to Cox Bay Beach, and is in a convenient location to explore Tofino, the many other beaches nearby, and all the hiking trails on the Wild Pacific Trail. The bedrooms were quite small but the unit was comfortable, in good condition, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The showers were great and there were plenty of nice towels. The luggage carts, that were similar to a wheelbarrow design, made it awkward to take heavy suitcases to the room from the gravel parking lot, and there was no bellboy service. An elevator would have gone a long way to providing easier access to the second floor rooms, particularly for seniors.

Excellent location with beautiful view once you get down to the beach

It’s right at the beach, so it makes it really convenient to just chill at the beach. The cox bay beach is therapeutic. The property was extremely clean and the cottage I booked was well equipped with all the basics. The folks at the reception are really friendly and will give you the right information about anything you need. Only thing to note is that the resort is on the Pacific Rim Highway about 10 mins away from town, so you will either have to drive or take the bc transit shuttle, if you want to go to town for other activities. Also, the resort does have a restaurant on premises, but there are restaurants /cafes available in the adjoining resorts which are 1 min walk away. Overall, I had a wonderful stay, would highly recommend this resort!

I almost don't want to share the experience and keep it a secret as this property was a little slice of heaven if you are into nature and the beach life. Private access to Cox Bay literally minutes from the room. Every amenity you could think of in the modern kitchenette and even had your own washer dryer, which was handy as were stopping here after being a week into a road trip that started in Calgary. Beds comfy and a kick ass shower to top it off. We will definitely be back with our whole family!

Beautiful location, just steps from the beach. We loved our oversized balcony and the units were extra large, accommodating for our family of five. I wish there were more food options on the resort…there isn’t a restaurant so plan to cook, walk to a nearby hotel or drive.

My wife and I love coming to cox beach for the weekend to get away and enjoy some time together. With one and two bedroom suites, you can stay with family or enjoy time together.

A beautiful property. The location is amazing and so convenient for beach access. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our bed was very comfortable. Wish there was a different system for the hot tub. Almost need one or two more hot tubs to accommodate the number of guests wanting to use it. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place and amazing amenities!

Super clean resort, ideal for surfers with a direct access to the beach. A little bit overkill for our needs, but no complaints. It was wonderful.
