This is a beautiful property with an amazing staff. They were all so friendly and helpful. There is no self parking available, only valet. My husband didn’t like that but I had no problem with it at all. The breakfast was delicious. There were ready made options as well as eggs prepared your way. It was close to some restaurants and we were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit.

I HAD A STANGE BATH ROOM BUT WAS ONLY STAYING TWO NIGHTS AND DID NOT WANT TO MOVE. RM 1406 HAD A SHOWER WITH AN FLOOR THAT WAS THE BATHROOM FLOOR WITH A SHOWER CURTAIN. IT WAS VERY SLIPPERY SINCE THE BATHROOM FLOOR WAS TILE!

it was nice but way to costly. we got to the room and it smelt nice no issues everything looked clean until i looked at the bed and it had ALOT of animal hair and some human hair aswell i tried to get most the hair off but it still felt kinda gross there’s also no pool or spa or anything which i found really odd and really sucked i didn’t realize booking that there wasn’t one

Nice hotel, waking distance from main attractions, and restaurants. There is a nightly parking fee but there is no self-parking. Valet parking is required. However, the attendents were all very friendly and helpful. And there was no pressure to tip although tipping is accepted. If you are a Starbucks fan you will be happy there is a Starbucks adjacent to the lobby. If you are not fond of the aroma of coffee you will be, none the less, surounded by it everywhere in the hotel lobby. Room was very nice but the bathroom was cramped. Overall, though very nice.

Everything was amazing except for parking information. They have a valet parking charge per night if you don't use the valet parking you have to find your own parking.

The room that we stated was pretty clean, location was really good. The parking they have is only valet parking. There’s also no pool. I would not stay there again. Just because they have no pool, I did not like the parking. And the biggest problem for me was you cannot cancel your hotel. They can move your dates, but I tried and they were all booked out. I had to make a lot of adjustments since we traveled by ferry just to make this vacation to happen. I hope this is helpful for somebody.

We had a lovely two day stay in Victoria, Canada. The hotel was nice a centrally located. we could walk to many of the places in the city easily. A small thing about our stay. we were not aware until we checked into our room that a huge construction job was happening right next door. They began work at 7:00am. It would have been nice to have a heads up about this. Other than that we enjoyed the hotel, our room, and the staff was very helpful when needed. Thank you!

The property was very clean and the room--a family suite-- was very functional. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The cleaning staff were friendly and diligent. The only real issue was noise. The hotel is located on a busy corner of Victoria and the rooms are not very sound proof. If you are a light sleeper the street noise is a problem.
