just average breakfast and seating is awkward, room lacked night table and was crowded with 2 people, hard to maneuver. careful when you book aa the hotel name includes "harbourview" so i thought I was booking a harbourview room but that was not the case. nice quiet location, back parking lot is challenging but once you figure the entrance and exit out the underground parking is ok. view is a bit industrial but its a working harbour and about as good as you can expect. staff are nice. nice quiet area, further downtown St. John's likely not as quiet
