Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

The room we booked for 3 adults was very tight. Even 2 people didn’t have much room to move around.

Check in was terrible! Did not get the room we requested! They tried to appease us with water and cookies. Claimed the room we got was an upgrade, rather it was a downgrade! Upon returning to our room, the second day around 6pm, we found the room had not been tended to. When I spoke with a manager, he was condescending, argumentative and not able to understand how frustrating our experience was for a person with mobility and mental health issues! He didn’t try to understand the importance of acknowledging people with disabilities! My husband’s needs were completely dismissed making him feel very vulnerable and not important! Be aware of where you stay if travelling with a person with disabilities!!

No breakfast included. $50 deposit when registering. Didnt take credit/debit card payment.

Some of our personal property was unfortunately damaged during a room clean. Alex was so helpful. He replaced both items after searching for a day for one of the items. He then waived our parking fees and offered us a meal at their restaurant. He also gave us a late check out for our troubles. Alex went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful. And their chocolate chip cookies are amazing! Highly recommend this hotel. It was in the perfect location. The only complaint is that the mirror in the room could have been higher

The hotel was in a great location. The rooms were nice, it was just quite loud due to the traffic in the harbor.

The room was quite pricey, but the location was ideal for what we wanted. We would probably stay there again, but not during peak tourist season.

Always love staying at the Doubletree. Little Sparro is always a great delight! Highly recommend! A+

Pleasant environment

Great location on the harbor and downtown. The restaurant, Sparo, was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. I’d go back!

The staff were so pleasant and helpful, from me having an oversized car to an accidental late checkout on my part, everyone was so accommodating.

Asked for daily cleaning, late evening returned to the room. When checking the bedsheets there were blood stains. Called the front desk three times no answer. Next day went down to the front desk I was told the phone ringer was set on low. Due to this could not hear the phone ringing. When I mentioned about dirty bedsheets was told "sorry to hear that". And I should not called the front desk but located a staff member .

Good place, close to downtown.

I was expecting a beautiful harbour view through a large picture window but it was small with a terrible view. I’ve never had to pay for bottled water. Usually 2 are free especially with a coffee machine. For $600 a night it was a very disappointing room and no complimentary items except 2 cookies. I will never book with you again or recommend Double Tree by Hilton.

An Older gentlemen at the front desk was not very friendly. Rooms were small and very dark. Elevator was not working. AC too small for the room.
