Breakfast was delicious stuff are helpful but unfortunately I wouldn’t give good feedback about cleanliness because beds are not clean

A nice size suite with separate bedroom. Large hotel with 4 floors but only 2 elevators not in good working order.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made us feel at home. The bar had a nice atmosphere and was a great place to relax after a long day. The hotel was quiet, well kept, and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and pleasant experience.

For a hotel this size I would have expected more than 2 elevators and spread apart .A couple we were with had a long walk to their room and the man is awaiting back surgery. I did not expect a charge for parking. We arrived just before 9 PM and left before 8:38AM. No coffee station. No free breakfast to be able to grab quickly. We would not book here a second time.

We arrived at 330pm and Room wasn't ready. We reserved the biggest suite so we were hoping it would be ready after a long journey. Previous Traveller's clothes were left hanging in the washroom. Toilet was not cleaned and floor in washroom has a sticky film. Kitchen area was dusty and it was definitely not swept. This was our 4th stay here but sadly, it will be last time. Nice people and friendly staff snd housecleaning staff were very kind.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. I just wish this hotel provided breakfast which they don't especially when you are traveling with kids. I was disappointed about that and the fact that I had to ask for bags for our rooms for the trash, wouldn't that already be placed in the room.

When I checked in, I showed the front desk my Expedia confirmation showing two rooms. I was told to contact Expedia because only one room appeared. It turned out the second room was simply under the other guest's name. I would have appreciated the staff checking that before directing me to call Expedia, as it caused unnecessary stress and delayed our check-in.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It was conveniently located in the heart of Niagara. The room was clean and quiet and the staff really helpful - especially considering I forgot a phone charger etc.

Be prepared to pay extra $7 for parking. Room had sticky desk and wrappers. Raised to housekeeping who was very apologetic.

Horrible stay. Got a king suite and pull out bed. Pull out bed didn’t have any sheets, had to ask but then the duvet had blood stain. Got a new duvet and had to put it into the cover but the cover had hair inside. Fast forward to third day and then we ended up with an ant infestation, ants migrating through baseboards and carpet. Because booking was made through Expedia I had to contact Expedia to contact management to deal with the problem. Expedia handled it reasonably well. Hotel was at capacity so initially told me all they could is offer me 2 breakfasts (even though we had 4 travellers). Offered to spray the room to kill ants but that wouldn’t have solved the problem and my young kids would have to breathe in the chemicals. Eventually moved us. Property needs updating including new pillows to replace lumpy ones.

Good location to university n staff are friendly

Suite was clean. Staff friendly. I didn’t like $8 parking. I’m checking into that

The rooms were clean only issue was noisy air conditioning
