The Suite was excellent and very large. Great staff from front desk to Tina in the restaraunt. Absolute pleasure weekend. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff. Room was nice but was unable to get the temperature warm enough through the entire bedroom. Quite cold in spots.

The room I was in needs updating. The couch and chair was very uncomfortable to sit in, but I must stay that the mattress on the bed was good and I did have a good sleep. But the biggest joke was charging five dollars for parking in your car in an empty parking lot You wanna charge five dollars for parking in your car then I will not be coming back

The bedroom heater just blew cold air, and if you weren’t paying attention, the door could get sticky and not close properly, which is an obvious safety concern. You expect this sort of thing at a budget motel but not a reasonably fancy hotel.

I stayed at this location in November and didn't have an additional charge of $5.00 for parking. Our shower was too "moldy" looking to even get in. Disappointed this time. November was much more pleasant at check in.

The room was spacious, almost like a little apartment of its own. It was incredibly quiet. We never heard housekeeping or other guests, or traffic outside. The halls and rooms were clean and smelled clean - not like they were trying to cover up a musty or other smell with perfumes. Convenient location, friendly staff, and a wonderful restaurant on site.

The welcome was fine, but the room was not. There was an extremely strong smell of chlorine — I’m not sure if it was from disinfectants or something else, but it was hard to even breathe in the room. The AC was so loud that it woke us up every time it turned on during the night, so we barely slept at all. Guest service also left a lot to be desired. I asked for some extra water for tea, and after waiting for half an hour in the room, I ended up going downstairs to request it directly. The next day, I asked for a coffee sachet to use in the room, but I was told they didn’t have any and that I could buy one from their restaurant — very unprofessional. After that, I preferred not to interact much with the staff, as they were not friendly at all. Overall, not worth the price we paid.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. My room was missing a phone had an odd odour. A stale smell. I asked to be moved on my second day and the staff were more than happy to move me. He apologized for the state of the room

Great counter staff. Enjoyed the bar and restaurant. Kitchen was open late (we didn’t get back to the hotel until 10:00pm) so were able to get a late dinner.
