Hampton Inn by Hilton Chilliwack

I love this hotel. It’s probably one of my favourite hotels in BC because they make everything so easy.

Always a nice place to stay, safe, clean and super friendly staff. The pool is very clean and the kids love the water slide. 3rd time we’ve stayed!

Consistently a great place to stay in Chilliwack. Breakfast always good.

We’ve stayed here numerous times, always a great stay, pool and breakfast are always great.

The room and the bathroom were clean. The bed sheet was clean, but the blanket had an "elderly smell"... like I washed it once, but years ago. There's no freezer, only a regular fridge available in the room. The door closer is unnecessarily strong, it easily pushes away a little kid and it is difficult to keep it open when you bring in, or move out your luggage. The TV turned on randomly at the middle of the night: it sensed the remote from the neighbouring room (I never experienced this in the last 25 years ever).

We really enjoy staying at this hotel when in the area. Our boys love the pool and waterside! Bonus, it was a great temperature too!

Clean rooms and very helpful staff

Was a beautiful hotel and fun for my son. Very clean, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good too, good variety.

I love the breakfast there’s a lot of varieties, and accommodating staff and great amenities lastly very quiet place.

Well we had such a great experience here. I have travelled a lot & have stayed in many hotels, so I do have many experiences with which to compare with. From the moment we arrived we were extremely impressed. Douglas at the front desk was so accommodating & professional. He got us checked in & settled in virtually no time. He went over & above & we were very appreciative of that. If you are on a diet, this may be a challenging place for you. They have a plethora of freshly baked & might I say, decadent cookies awaiting your arrival & they don’t bat an eye if you come back for more. The room was very clean & welcoming. Anything we needed was right at our fingertips. The wifi worked perfectly and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was also very tasty. We were there for 2 days & so we saw 2 different services. The first day was scrambled eggs, sausages & hash browns. The second day was omelettes, bacon & French toast strips. They also had toast and bagels & muffins and yogurt and fruit. The usual coffee and juice options. Our server Karen was also very friendly and helpful. Bit, the thing we thought was different was in the waffles. Many hotels provide freshly made waffles. However, not everyone wants a big waffle. So they provide 2 different machines. One makes a large waffle, the other makes 2 smaller ones. They also had 2 flavours of batter which we also thought was cool. I really don’t have anything negative to say here. It was a delightful stay.

A very good breakfast lots of hot choices. Coffee were a day. Very quiet. Nice pool. Hot tub could be warmer but that’s a common thing at every hot tub I’m in.

The pool and water slide were great. The breakfast was perfect and very friendly woman running it. Our bed had a sag on one side so you either had to be in the middle or if felt like you were falling out. A baseball team was sharing the floor and were quite noisy and did some prank calls to our room until we unplugged the phone.

The staff were fantastic, cant say enough about them . The hotel itself just felt old and tired. The room had no safe, the lighting in the room was very dark and the shower had usless setting to try and wash soap off. Really not worth price i paid. Will not be staying at this hotel again. Going to go somewhere newer and more modern.

Property had a weird smell but then noticed that it came from outside and was continually present

The staff was great, very helpful, and the hotel feels nice and new. Everything was clean. The shower was great and the bed was comfy, although a little soft for personal preference. Everything was great, just some little things that were a little lame. The TV was stuck on store demo mode. We only had it for background noise in the morning, so not a big deal, but strange. The fridge didn't seem to get very cold, and it made a shrill hum whenever the motor kicked in. We eventually just turned it off and that fixed things, but still a little weird. The AC also seemed overly noisy at times, but not the end of the world. Finally, needing to sign up for their points program to get wifi was annoying, especially for kind of slow wifi. The faster paid tier didn't seem much faster either. All the important stuff was great, and I'm sure the staff would have fixed any of the minor annoyances if we had asked as well. They just weren't quite annoying enough to bother.

The property was tidy, the building seemed new and clean. The amenities were good. The kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was basic, but good. Rooms were clean and in good condition
