Yes room was spotless, the staff were extremely helpful, breakfast was delicious and the kids loved the waterslide.

We had a great stay for my daughter's 12th birthdays. We really appreciated room was available at 2.30 pm (regular checking is at 4) Room and beds were very comfortable, had both microwave and a fridge, outside scenery beautiful (Hotel is close to the mountains) Pool was great, warm and everything worked, the slide was wicked. Front staff great and friendly, breakfast buffet had lots of choices (scrambled eggs, sausages, french toast, cereal, fruit, lots of extra toppings and you can make your own waffles, two different flavors offered) Breakfast lady was great, helpful and friendly. Few minor things with rooms to geow (not complaining!) - Id love recycling options, we only had a garbage bin (2) - bathrooms sink's faucet either didnt work, or we disnt understand how to get it working (room 415) - previous guest's hair on the shower wall (not a biggie for me to wipe off, but...) Others everything was perfect, thank you ao much for having us! We had a great stay in your beautiful hotel! 5 * from both of us.
