Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Room spotless. Continental breakfast was very good. Was nice to have a coffee maker in your room. Always had fresh coffee when you wanted a cup.

I will leave an honest review so people can make a decision..... The hotel was right by the LRT and accross from the Mall, almost no parking, and it was sketchy. Its close to the mall yes...but the amount of garbage outside, the hotel was not clean, and the sketchy people....inside just hanging out, and outside noooo good. Breakfast was boiled eggs and kids cereals. Beds...low to the floor and not comfortable. Its cheep for a reason. The staff was the only good thing, friendly and quick at the check in.

Reception was so friendly and helpful! Room was clean, and well appointed with real coffee. Ups and glasses. Such a refreshing change from the paper most motels come with. Yes it is a bit run down but still comfy. Been coming here for many years and this is probably our best stay

1st of all they make you feel bad about getting hotel room via Expedia. I got embarrassed like how they were treating us very poorly in comparison of the other people who got the room thru them.
Their customer service is very poor. No smile no greeting. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel!

Did not enjoy our stay, as we were skeptical about bedbugs like anyone would be, we did come in contact with one and it was after we had packed up all our belongings. So now we’re worried we could've brought them home. The front desk had nothing to say other than they will take care of it, never heard anything further from the manager. I had sent them photos etc
