Completely FANTASTIC!!

Excellent Staff. Very warm and memorable welcome at the Airport. Jose Miguel provided excellent support during the stay and with booking tour on a short notice. The hotel tour guide Maori was very accommodating and also provide very good experience during the tour.

El check-in fue eficiente, el servicio atento y los espacios cómodos para descansar. Una excelente opción para quienes buscan tranquilidad y buen servicio en Rapa Nui.

La amabilidad de la srita que nos entregó la habitación del primer día es de destacar, la localización es muy conveniente. Sin embargo, es un hotel extremadamente viejito y con mínima atención a la limpieza, estuvimos 4 noches y en la noche 1 mataron una cucachara en la habitación de al lado y nunca recogieron el insecto muerto, la habitación que nos tocó se veía a simple vista recogida pero la cobija y las paredes se veían sucias y no hacen limpieza todos los días solo recogen la basura. De amenidades solo hay jabón y shampoo (dos minis shampoo para toda la estancia por qué no reponen diario), la malla de la ventana estaba rota e ingresaban lagartijas y cucarachas de muchos tamaños, el baño no servía del tanque, les avisamos varias veces y nunca hicieron algo por intentar ir a ver y arreglar el problema, sin mencionar que todo estaba roto o sucio incluso el lavabo de manos. El ventilador súper sucio y las toallas de baño están en condiciones deplorables (son trapitos deshilachados). En cuanto al desayuno solo colocan diariamente unas pequeñas charolas con rebanadas de jitomate, queso, jamón, pedacitos de alfajores, y rebanadas de fruta y un poco de pan (aunque la reseña diga que uno de los mejores desayunos). En fin, fue una sensación agridulce, la Isla mucho que ofrecer pero en servicio, atención y limpieza hace falta mucho camino x recorrer. El turismo sustentable no va separado de la higiene, presentación y servicio que es parte de la experiencia

Decent for the price

I stayed there for 7 days room condition was terrible, outdated, not clean, cockroaches and other insects were in the room and hallway, breakfast was inadequate, not enough foods to serve daily, tea was cold, at time we had to wait for staff to fill out emptied plates. We had to ask to cucumber and tomatoes basic requests and they didn’t have it. It was terrible I would not stay here again. Staff responded slowly or ignored messages until I came to the front desk. The property is run down definitely not qualified as hotel standard.

Estadía muy agradable. El proceso de check-in es rápido y la atención del equipo destaca por su amabilidad. Las instalaciones y servicios son cómodos y están bien mantenidos, perfectos para relajarse tras un día recorriendo la isla. Un alojamiento tranquilo para disfrutar Rapa Nui con total comodidad.

Horrible condition. Roach motel, not for humans. Insect eggs and roaches everywhere, found in 2 rooms, after staff was supposed to have cleaned. Was unfortunate that we could not go to another hotel. Had to live through the nightmare staff. DO NOT BOOK!

Convenient airport shuttle. Convenient location that is an easy walk to main downtown area. WiFi only worked in breakfast area and was spotty even there. Rooms were mediocre/rundown - floors and walls were dirty. Hot water was sporadic. Bathroom was moldy. Bed was comfortable but had bits of dirt or sand and a couple of dead bugs in it. There is no A/C. It probably was a nice hotel at one point but has not been updated or maintained. Staff were helpful but did not seem happy to be there.

The room was substandard. The shower, sink and toiled drained onto a covered trough in our patio before going into a septic tank that's vent was less than five feet from the patio. The chairs and table for patio were flimsy. There was no WiFi in the rooms only some spotty coverage in the lobby. We had no hot water for showers for half of our stay. The property is home to what appears to be dozens of chickens with roosters crowing starting around 3 am. You have to keep the sliding door open, since all you have is a pedestal fan for cooling. Let's not mention the dead roaches everywhere... which makes you wonder were all the live ones are. Location was great, but the place was disappointing. I really wanted to like the place.

We booked a sea view room which in the Expedia description mentioned as a renovated room and were allocated to a garden view room that was far from being renovated. On a hot day, the room gets smell of plumbing, there was insects in the room, we got a broken window in the bathroom and overall the room was very old, including the linen used in the bed. Although there's the bad side, the hotel is in a very convenient location, you can walk into town and to the airport as well, and even tho the room was not the best, it had a comfortable bed. The breakfast was a continental breakfast, simple but enough to get you going for the day. The transfers to the airport are a great service the hotel offers. The best part of the stay was their team. The people working in the hotel were lovely and helpful. So, they made up to the down side of the rooms.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Room was very basic. Once there, struggled to get information from hotel staff about check out details, tours and transfers.

Difficult with translation, but clean, and good location.

Cockroaches everywhere. Water comes out of the drain in the bathroom floor (NOT the shower - the FLOOR) & the staff thought nothing of it. There are chickens roaming the halls. The walls are paper thin. There are stains on the ceiling.

Check-in at 3pm, not 1pm like advertised. We booked to rooms, in both rooms the showers were broken (and been like that for a long time - as the units were rotten from water damage). Patio doors on both rooms don’t lock. Calling the rooms ‘rustic’ would be exaggeration, dated or hostel level would be appropriate. Cockroaches visit everyday (the large size that can fly) and you get woke up every morning at 5am by cockerels. Keep an eye on the chicken, they are friendly but cheeky and will come int the room on their hunt for food. Staff friendly but also seem to prefer being on their phone more than doing their job. Breakfast buffet very basic, but staff try their best. Airport pick up was great, but drop off you need to keep an eye on the time and remind staff to get you to the airport on time. WiFi works at reception:lobby area and is free and reliable.

Nasty. Unsanitary. Dirty. Disgusting. So many issues.

The property is in desperate need of renovation. From the rooms to linens and towels and the property including rooms needs a through cleaning. The staff is very friendly and the property is in a great location.

Everything was bad from beginning to end. I was given a tinny economy room. I reserved a double room. When I demanded what I paid for, I was given one next to the chicken coup which roosters woke me every morning before 5 am until 10 am. The bathroom sink was plugged, the tile floors broken. Everything filthy dirty. No AC, no fan. No amenities. I asked that nobody enter to my room, they did enter. Breakfast with very limited options. Not even as continental. No TV. No internet. Most of the time not even on the public areas. At some point no electricity.
