투파 호텔

건물은 오래되고 낡고 객실에서 바퀴벌레가 발견 되었어요. 이스터섬 자체가 숙박료가 높으편이라 가격은 경쟁력있지만 돈 더주고 좋은 호텔로 가던지 호스텔에 묵는게 나은것 같아요. 전반적으로 안좋아요.

The staff were excellent, the location was great however the property and rooms themselves could use a facelift with a paint job. I was here for two nights and I felt safe as a solo traveler. The floors and my bed were clean so that helped and they fixed my sliding screen door so that I could use the door to get airflow as there was not an AC in my room. It was very helpful to have airport transfers also!

Pros - rustic charm in a very convenient location with very useful airport shuttle. Cons - bathroom had terrible smell, no Aircon - the room was so hot had to leave patio doors open 24hrs. Easter island is really safe but still felt uncomfortable not being able to lock the room up.

The staff are courteous and polite; however, effective communication often requires the use of translation tools. Breakfast is satisfactory. While the housekeeping team is making an effort to maintain the property, the overall condition of the hotel requires significant improvement and major repairs. The rooms lack air conditioning, relying solely on fans. There are also concerns regarding pests, including mosquitoes and flies, and I encountered a lizard in the room. Additionally, leaving the door open may allow animals such as dogs or chickens from outside to enter. The rooms have a noticeable mold odor, and there is no hot water available. This hotel may be suitable for a short stay of one to two nights, but it is not recommended for longer visits. Overall, the property does not meet expectations for VIP access.

Hotel on the island. Don't expect a look like in four seasons, for example, everything is very simple and ascetic. Clean, the staff tries to help you as much as they can. Everyone speaks Spanish, but they speak English at the reception. Breakfasts are standard for the island, sandwiches/fruits/coffee. Very good location. WiFi works only in lobby

Dated property. Patio doors didn’t lock, so anyone could come in your room wether you were gone or middle of the night sleeping.

Pire hôtel jamais visité ! D’abord notre réservation indiquait Check in à 13:00, et nous avons récupéré la chambre à 16:00. Ensuite la chambre était sale, tout était sale, le sol, le lavabo de la sdb, la baignoire toute rouillée… et parlons du petit déjeuner, on nous amenait quelques malheureuse assiette de jambon, fruits et fromages. Vu qu’il y avait à peu près 60 personnes à se servir 5 mn après le début du petit déjeuner il n’y avait plus rien. Il fallait ensuite attendre qq mn pour qu’une nouvelle fournée de quelques assiettes qui disparaissaient en quelques instants . Les gens faisaient la queue alors qu’il n’y avait plus rien à manger, attendant un peu de nourriture. Jamais vu ça !

Aqui se necesita el -0 estrellas, bueno ni siquiera debe existir este hotel. Llegamos el 21 del mes presente, nuestro vuelo aterrizo antes de lo previsto que eran las 2:50 pm aprox. La persona que tenia que levantarmos al llegar, llego como las 3:30 aprox. Esperando en el sol un hombre que deverdad dava miedo se me aserca demaciado y me dice (hotel tupa) yo respondo SI, nos lleva a una troca y nosda un collar seco, mire a mi esposo y el agacho la mirada ya porque le avia dicho grabame cuando me pongan mi collar de flores 😔. Bueno no tardamos ni 5 min a llegar al hotel. En reservacion había otras familas esperando. Me aserco y esta una mujer llamada (Fernanda) le digo para Gina? Ella dice necesito su pago? Yo le dije: ya me cobraron desde enero, ella dijo necesito consultarlo con mi encargada? Y su habitación estara lista asta las 4:30 pm. Comense a comunicarme con expidia y les dije lo que pasaba. Ellos dijeron que trataron de comunicarse con el hotel pero nunca respondieron. Al fin despues de 45 min aprox. Le dije a fernanda que iva a cancelar, que yo ya estaba hablando con un agente de expidia. Ella dijo ya llego mi encargada? Y hablo con voz alta (ya ya esta su habitación enojada) eran las 4:15 pm. El chiquero por que eso no era una habitación, sin aire acondicionado, baño sucio asqueroso, animales muertos, no tenia vista al mar como pague, no internet no nada. Y por favor no vengan aqui esto es una estafa. Revisen las review en Google CREANLO ES UNA PESADILLA!!

Então, tive alguns problemas nesta reserva, mas que foram solucionados (estava tendo problema com outros hóspedes também). O hotel é bem desorganizado e pareciam perdidos na recepção quando eu cheguei. Primeiro o check in atrasou 2h, passando de 15 para 17h. Quando fui as 17h à recepção, disseram que ainda demoraria pelo menos mais meia hora para o quarto ficar pronto, mesmo eu tendo chegado no hotel às 15h. Então, de forma educada e gentil pedi que agilizassem ao máximo a entrega do quarto pra eu conseguir aproveitar meu dia. E foram rudes comigo na resposta. Quando eu retornei, me informaram que iriam me fornecer o café da manhã como cortesia (sendo que já estava incluso na minha reserva) e me entregaram o quarto às 17:50. Enfim, eu não voltaria, deu vontade inclusive de trocar de hotel... Eles não parecem preparados de forma alguma para lotação e o café da manhã é bem fraco.

Tupa Hotel is primitive compared to a budget hotel in the US. No AC in any of the rooms & humidity is about 75-80% every day with temperatures only fluctuating a couple degrees per day & night. March 2026 78 during day, 75-76 at night. Only the receptionist speaks English. Breakfast is deli meats, cheeses, bread, coffee, tea, yogurt, fruit. The staff is incredibly friendly & do their best to accommodate your stay. Chickens, horses, dogs roam loose. Groups of guests can be extremely rude, self-righteous, and pretentious. This is a good choice to sleep & shower but luxury it is not. If you’re here to experience the island, stay at Tupa. If you’re here for a world class experience, pay a lot more to stay somewhere else.

Struttura molto sporca,blatte ovunque comprese in camera.Pochissima igiene e le foto esposte della struttura non sono reali.Niente aria condizionata.Sconsiglio vivamente di venire in questa struttura.

Petite vue sur l'océan en biais, draps propres et SDB également mais état très vétuste de l'ensemble, la localisation et le service de navette sont top... je pense que 1,5 voire 2 * sont un maximum. En même temps, sur l'île de pâques, vous ne restez pas dans votre chambre.

Fui para conocer, y me enamore tanto de la isla como del hotel, muy bonito lugar, y las vistas que tiene muy lindas, la habitación cómoda y limpia, y el personal siempre atento, me gusto mucho el lugar y espero volver a ir.

Me gusto lo lindo que era el hotel, tanto por adentro y los espacios que tenia afuera, lindas vistas, y los servicios que ofrecia super útiles, como el acercamiento al aeropuerto. Bonita experiencia

Lo que mas me gusto fueron los servicios del hotel, lo que ofrece, ya que cuenta con wifi, lugares abiertos, lindas vistas incluso, y hacen acercamiento al aeropuerto, fue un lindo viaje. Recomendado
