The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our every need. Public transportation was readily available. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about the hotel...worth every penny.

The staff are not multilingual so communication is a big problem. Although my rooms are prepaid I found out later I was charged for the stay. I called them and they told me that they did not receive payment from Hotel. Com

Great hotel. Clean and goòd staff. Old furniture needs updating. Locatiin is not so bad u can find fast food in a walking distance. Great breakfast.wow. value for money is excellent. Note they speak average english which is hard to find in zhengzhou.

The hotel was clean. The in room food service was catch and go for accurate order. The laundry service was poor. Items returned dirty but folded nice and neat. Only stayed 2 nights. Check clothes when you get them back, or do not use service. Very poor. Had to re-wash. Did not find out until at next location.

I booked a room with breakfast for myself and my 14 yrs old son. Upon arrival, the hotel informed me that breakfast is only for one person that I have to pay 168rmb($24) for the 2nd person. I explained to them that the room is for 2 people and online rate states breakfast for 2. They explained to me that the information online was incorrect. Very disappointing and they wouldn’t refund me for one breakfast either.

Beautiful hotel with up to date facilities. Good location close to metro and access to food. Seems to be fully booked as I was only given a room after waiting for more than an hour. Hard to get a taxi. Recommend Hotel should install flashing light to indicate to taxi to come "inside lane" to pick up guest instead of guest going outside to main road to hail taxi.

Stayed or 4 nights, easy checked in and out. Very helpful and genuine hospitality service, great pool staffs too. Enjoy everyday swim, good Chinese restaurant on fifth floor. But the breakfast buffet is pricy and behind counter line cooks are not friendly at all, wished that they could be better. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay, Stayed at the Hilton’s managed Hampton too for one night, but Zhengzhou Hilton is worth every penny of it.
