We booked their suite so we have access to their afternoon tea every day. Their lounge was comfortable and the selection of the snacks provided was very cute. Too bad the taste was not as good as it looks, but they also provided a selection of local beers, and my husband enjoys it very much. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

I booked business suite, which includes some extra perks such as laundry and happy hours. The front desk associate failed to mention any of these (later I found they do have a page to hand out during check in) until the house cleaning lady mentioned it to me. By that time I have stayed in the hotel for 10 days. The breakfast quality is very mediocre.

Terrible experience. Zero customer service. There was nobody there to welcome us when we reach, nobody to help with bags… hotel looks nothing like pictures online. It is dated, and weirdly designed and not nice at all. Is not worth the price at all. Recommend to stay elsewhere instead

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Our room was spacious with a comfy king-size bed and a great selection of pillows. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. The location is perfect, near a large mall and many eateries. We’ll definitely be back!
