Nice bed comfy pillows

Had a brilliant stay, the room was clean, the bed really comfortable and customer service was great, you even get given warm Hilton cookies upon checking in. Really nice hotel and parking isn't too shabby either. The hotel is a stones throw from the town centre

Spacious room and bathroom. Decor a little tired but a comfortable bed. Smart tv but only Samsung tv options available. We couldn't find a way to log into Netflix or access Youtube.

Building is too old. Customer service is bad. Not enough employees. Not a 4 star hotel.

Absolutely amazingly kind, helpful and friendly receptionist! She was able to save my day by enabling an early check-in after my long way over there.

The hotel was easy to find and the room was nice. There was unusually only one pillow per bed with no spares - as they were feather pillows they very quickly went flat ! We asked for extra pillows and we were brought 4. We arrived back at the hotel at about 10.45 desperate for a cup of tea but they had no oat milk as the bar had closed at 10.30pm - I really think that good customer service would have been to go to the bar or kitchen and get us a small amount of milk! We told them My daughter can’t have dairy products. We tried to buy some but the shops were also closed. There was no usb sockets in the room.The bed was comfortable and the shower was very good - despite a few negatives I would stay again

Smell of mildew and in general bad smell everywhere. This building should be demolished.
