Highly professional and friendly receptionist. The room was clean, excellent condition, amenities, and fabulous seaview. Will stay again.

Sausages were not the best quality

Parking is not the easiest to find

Had an upgrade to sea view couldn’t fault anything.

Staff friendly and welcoming, let us leave luggage and carpark under hotel was reasonably priced and safe. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location in the seafront and boarder with Hove. Rooms have been refurbished, good value for money. Bar was expensive but only had one drink there.

Good location, friendly staff. Lovely hotel. Clean and very stylish. Only negative was the food in the restaurant in the evening, so wouldnt eat there again and would find somewhere local instead. Breakfast was lovely tho. Overall enjoued out stay.

Very clean, comfortable beds, courtesy bottles of water, tea, coffee & biscuits. Lovely bar, restaurant & lobby area. Very friendly helpful staff.

Hotel was ok, nothing special. Room was small, apparently was supposed to be superior but didn’t feel worth it to be honest. Room was clean but there was a hole in the bathroom floor and a picture hanging off the wall when we checked in. It had been a sunny day on ourwhen w

One night stay (room 312 with sea view). Reception staff very friendly. Great decor in hotel. Great view from room. Comfy bed. Clean. Tea/coffee makings plus bottled water (on a very wobbly table). Dressing gowns, slippers provided. Ironing board and iron in room. Good bathroom with high quality shower. However as glass screen doesn’t quite protect floor outside the shower cubicle, water has obviously penetrated flooring over time and floor was sagging, suggesting rotting of timbers below. Should have been noticed and attended to by maintenance team. Breakfast a bit chaotic. Rush of guest towards 10am when service concluding leaving much of supplies needing replenishment and causing wait time for guests - eggs, bacon, etc. Orange juice ran low. Staff were very friendly but maybe an extra hand would have helped or them being more focused. I've had better cooked breakfasts but it was ok. Car park at rear of hotel was handy. Overall a very pleasurable stay - just wanted to highlight a few issues. Would come back. water has obviously penetr floowaterfllor

The bathroom is very narrow. The door hits the toilet. The shower takes quite awhile to get warm

Arrived Thursday 2pm. For a 2 night stay. A special weekend, celebrating my hisbands 65th Birthday. The Radiator in room was not working. So arranged for maintenance. Maintenance took forever so eventually were given a plug-in heater and got the air con heat to work but it was raining constantly and wanted to use the radiators to dry off outdoor wear. 24 hrs later it wasn't fixed and quite honestly, we were fed up with asking. The maintenance team always seemed to be ½ hour away, then said they though the heat in the room was good enough but that was not the point. The Radiator should have been working, We felt like we were fighting a losing battle. We were also sent an email which was ridiculous. Grammer was awful. This was the last straw. Eventually it was fixed after we "let rip" in reception. If we could have, we would have moved to a different hotel but, we had paid in advance for the room and parking. We left before 8am Sunday. Couldn’t wait to get away. Totally spoilt weekend, What a waste of time & money.

The room was a bit tired and the wind kept blasting in through the top sachet which made it pretty cold without a radiator 'except the oil plug in one' the room was also really noisy throughout the night with the sound of bins clattering in the early hours. Staff were really good and the breakfast good too,

Fab hotel Superbly situated. Wonderful staff, and I mean wonderful staff. Great bar, very comfy bed, power shower And a great breakfast selection. Lastly the hotel is so well priced. My go to when in Brighton.

The staff were so friendly and made the stay relaxed & happy. We were lucky enough to have a room upgrade and the sea view room was a great size and with the comfiest bed ever! The hotel location is brilliant for ease of getting around the centre of Brighton. Our go to Brighton hotel and already can’t wait to revisit.

We had a lovely view from our balcony . The staff were very friendly and attentive. Our breakfast was good very varied menu and we also had drinks in the evening in a very pleasant seating area again over looking the sea. The hotel was quiet as it’s January but had a nice feel to it and will definitely sty again .
