Hôtel Lyret

Great stay overall, swimming pool was great after day of exploring; stuff was wonderful; just a note that there is no AC in any rooms (I didn’t realize that until checking in).

Lovely hotel just off the Main Street with a beautiful view of the mountains. Cosy foyer,nicely furnished plus a nice bar and a garden with a pool. Staff were extremely welcoming and we were lucky to get an early check in (for a small fee) which we were grateful for after 9 days hiking in the mountains. The Room, though slightly small was clean & the bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have the shutters to darken the room for sleeping. Just in the hallway was a tea/coffee station which was a nice touch. We would be more that happy to stay again in the future.

This is a wonderful property for a budget stay. The staff were very helpful and allowed an early check in. They also stored my luggage for the day after check out while I was on an excursion. Great views as well.

It was a great place! It had a wonderful view and comfortable bed I that I needed very much after hiking Tour Mont Blanc. I stayed at another hotel 2 blocks way before the the tour and had a not so great room for the same amount of money for my stay at Hotel Lyret. If I go back to Chamonix I will stay at Hotel Lyret.

Loved this little hotel. Beautiful views over the river, nice little pool which is super sweet on the hot days, and nice location that is a bit quieter than downtown Cham. Staff were very helpful, and good place to store bags if you're traveling beyond Cham. Highly recommended, would stay again.

Centrally located by the river. Above ground pool was welcomed in the summer heat. Rooms are decent size

Great location and staff.

We had an amazing stay in Chamonix, France. The hotel was incredibly cozy, clean, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and every single day the housekeeping staff kept it absolutely pristine. Waking up and being able to see the mountains from the bed while enjoying the fresh mountain air was honestly unforgettable. The staff truly made the experience even better. Everyone at reception was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy to assist us with recommendations, activities, and guidance around the city. Their hospitality made us feel very comfortable throughout the stay. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold for the swimming pool to be open, but my spouse was able to enjoy the sauna and other amenities and had a great experience with them. The only area that could use some improvement is the breakfast setup. There was only one plate provided, so guests had to keep reusing the same plate throughout breakfast. Aside from that small detail, everything else was wonderful. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to come back again in the future. Highly recommended!

Easy to ski, to walk , clean comfortable , very friendly staff, mountain view near everything all walk distance , and they even had a gift in my room for my anniversary!!

Hotel is great, but the parking situation sucks. No onsite parking and the parking lot front desk suggested is ridiculously expensive. To make matters worse the gate didn’t work when I needed to leave at 3am!

Very comfy bed and room very clean. Great views. Was a bit noisy outside but only for about an hour in the late afternoon. If you’re a tea lover, loads of varieties on offer but no English Breakfast Tea. Coffee is good.

Clean room, wonderful staff, beautiful hotel. The water pressure was the only minor issue.
