Our recent stay at Coocasa Mahabaleshwar was an absolute nightmare. The property was dirty, with the third room being nothing more than a storage space filled with spare mattresses, bed not being double and no attached bathroom. The hall was a mess, cluttered with old boxes, and the outdoor chairs were wet and surrounded by garbage. To make matters worse, there was a dangerous leak above the stairs. We raised these issues with hotels.com immediately upon checking in, but they were unable to provide any help. Only solution was to check in at some other property 25kms far which was not a feasible option. The property owner was incredibly rude and dismissive, telling us to check out if we were unhappy. The food was awful, and every service was delayed. The photos on the app were completely misleading, and the description of the property did not match reality at all. We were deeply disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone. Our stay was beyond disappointing and utterly frustrating.
