Staff were very friendly and attentive, made the stay enjoyable.

Rundown property. Was built like American hotels. But not kept that standard. Not enough linen provided. Towels were soggy and like rag. TV system was not turned on, had to call reception desk to make it work.

Comfortable 3* hotel with a nice room - bed was comfortable & room big & airy. Staff helpful, polite especially the restaurant guys. Nothing too much trouble. Evening meals excellent & cheap! Overall happy to recommend

Bathroom fan running 24x7 with very loud noise no staffs took any attention about our complain

There are lot of positives. The room was very nice and comfortable. The lobby has great food, coffe etc. The breakfast is mediocre where they could add ready made coffee instead of packets. The location is nice with great restaurants within walking distance. So the main thing that prevented hitel to get a 4 star is check in. The check in was at 2pm and we arrived at 4pm but none of the rooms were ready. They had capabilities to have it ready as they called and started cleaning the rooms then. We were on time crunch and had to wait 40 min and we had 15 min to check in and leave. Overall has lot of potential to be a 4 star.

Overall, good value

The staff was extremely courteous,property and room were clean and spacious. Can walk to the main market in minutes. Quiet place but could watch monastery premises below. Excellent views of the Dhauladhar snow capped mountain peaks and the village below.

Overall the hotel is comfortable enough for overnight stay. But hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. Poor maintenance has caused deterioration. Cleanliness is also an issue in rooms with stained chair cushions and bedsheets.

The property can do with a little tidy up maintenance, however it is well run and the location is excellent with lots of dining and shopping options very close by. The staff are exceptional and make the overall experience special. Keep up the good work by hiring the type of staff you have there.

The price is worth it. If you are in Anand and require accommodation, then this is the place.

Clean and well managed

Bathroom was disgusting. Room had blood stains and spit marks everywhere. They couldn’t pay me to stay here.
