Our early arrival was communicated but they refused blindly ,at early morning. I came with my kids & guess it was due to online booking they showed no interest in makjng arrangement!
Since we paid in full , we came back to stay .An elderly person who attended at 5th floor was kind & that alone should have forgotten our ordeal ...

Expedia has goofed up in blocking non AC rooms while booking though clearly mentioned as A/C roomsWhen I called the property the voice at other end was arrogant and had to ask to lower the tone. Also basis the poor ratings and negative reviews of the property have chosen not to stay there. Pl arrange to refund the payments
