Friendly staff and strategic location. I had a complaint about the TV, and it was immediately repaired by a technician.
The only drawback is that the handles are loose and have come off, so why haven't they been repaired?
Such as the shower handle in the toilet, the tilted sink faucet, and the connecting door handle and window handle.
Hopefully, next time I'll be a favorite, these will be repaired ^^

I was disappointed, the room was hot, the hot shower didn't work, the TV had no signal (first day). The second day, the room was better, but the experience of moving rooms was unpleasant and the staff entered the room without permission.

the stay was okay.. it was full of guests that we had to wait for check in, the staff were kind enough to give me free upgraded room due to long que for room check in. Breakfast was okay except there were cockroach on tea section, the room was quite spacious not too packed but again there was also a cockroach came from connecting door. I recommend to stay here if you are looking for budget friendly hotel yet still accessible to many areas around Jakarta. If you’re a clean freak maybe this one’s not for you.

lobby easy to find, directly enter the elevator to the 8th floor, staff are also friendly and the room is as requested, book a non-smoking room and a large bed, the mattress is clean with only a few stains, tea, coffee, towels, toiletries are available, the TV can be turned on but the TV remote is a bit difficult to press, the AC remote cannot change the temperature, there is a small cockroach on the wardrobe shelf but only 1 is visible, there is also a water heater, okay for that price, staying here is also satisfying

Improve the service again, especially the facilities, give me a billiard table without paying, and the food should not be monotonous, make it varied. Then for AC rooms, never give them to customers who smoke, because when I entered the room there was a cigarette smell, even though I ordered non-smoking. All good.
