The hotel staff is friendly, but the security guard is not friendly at all. When I was having trouble parking, he just shook his head and didn't help me🤦♀️. He also didn't help me cross the highway even though I was on the side of the road. Maybe the hotel can give an evaluation to their employees. Thank you for the hotel facilities. Even though this is my second stay at this hotel.

There were no tissues in the room, only tissues in the bathroom. It would be better to refill mineral water from a pitcher than a bottle. The restaurant felt cramped, probably because it was a long weekend peak season. Breakfast was difficult to find when there was an empty seat. The staff was not very quick to clean up the dirty dishes from previous guests. The staff was very responsive by helping me open the door when I wanted to go out after taking the bag that I had left with me because they knew I was carrying a lot of stuff. The hotel staff is friendly, but the security guard is not friendly at all. When I was having trouble parking, he just shook his head and didn't help me🤦♀️. He also didn't help me cross the highway even though I was on the side of the road. Maybe the hotel can give an evaluation to their employees. Thank you for the hotel facilities.
