A family-friendly luxury hotel. The facilities and service exceeded expectations. The hotel's central location provides flexible access to various destinations. Furthermore, a plus (for me personally) was the convenience store across the street, making it easy to meet our needs.

Starting with the parking lot being very far from the lobby, having to ask for access from the receptionist and being made to wait for a very long time in front of the elevator. I highly recommend not staying here; I'd be better off at Claro.

I had requested a room change because the previous room's AC was hot and sweaty, until finally I was offered a room change after waiting a long time for repairs. Suggestions for the parking gate facility: provide free parking for pick-up or drop-off guests using online transportation services (Grab/Gojek). How can a 4-star hotel be charged a parking fee even for less than 5 minutes through the lobby, which will certainly be a burden on hotel guests. Imagine if you stay for a long time, and guests often use online motorcycle taxi services. Please pay attention.

Thank you for the compensation. We were upgraded to a suite due to issues with our previous room. The restaurant food was delicious, but perhaps they could offer more variety. The breakfast menu was also delicious, with the Manadonese porridge being our favorite :)
