Four Star by Trans Hotel

We chose this hotel because of its convenient location near the Cathedral Church, as we needed a comfortable place for our wedding preparations. We stayed for two days, booking one President Suite and two Standard Rooms. To our surprise, the hotel upgraded our Standard Rooms to Deluxe Rooms, which was such a lovely gesture! The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They also kindly arranged an early check-in for the Deluxe Room. The room prepared for the bride was incredibly spacious, and the living room was also large and comfortable, making it perfect for our wedding preparations. We truly appreciated having such a comfortable space to get ready for our special day. The only minor issue was that the electricity went out twice during our stay. I hope the hotel management can look into this to prevent it from happening again. As a four-star hotel, I also hope they will consider upgrading some of the facilities and renovating parts of the building to make it more attractive, especially the front desk area. Some of the wallpaper is also peeling off and needs maintenance. Overall, the cleanliness, friendly staff, and excellent location were the highlights of our stay. We truly appreciated the hospitality, and the hotel served our wedding preparation needs very well!

The room was fine for sleeping. It was quiet enough, even though it's right in front of a main road and was fully booked when I stayed. For one person, the standard room was more than enough. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back again.

I am a frequent guest for this hotel. It is close to my office, shopping center, tourism area, and very easy to access. The hotel and bedroom are clean, the staff are nice, and there are a lot of options for breakfast food.

It's one of my best experiences! The service, the room, everything is awesome.

Great place to stay, near public places such as restaurants and other facilities. Staff are friendly. Recommended for travelers.
