Tried the breakfast buffet, the lounge bar, the bakery at the lobby, the Chinese restaurant, and the Japanese restaurant: all impeccable! The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable, equipped with a safety deposit box, hair dryer, and ironing. But the highlight is the staff. Everyone is extremely polite and helpful. Bravo!

I am celebrating my anniversary with my husband, and Gran Melia is the perfect place to have these special moments. From the moment I arrived, Ben escorted me to the red-level reception, and Ben was accommodating and attentive. He happily explained the perks of red level, and even after we parted ways, Ben sought out my husband, who arrived later from the parking lot and escorted him again upstairs. In the red-level lounge, I was greeted by Anas, who is one of the best hoteliers I have ever met. Anas is not only warm and welcoming, but her hospitality is also beyond what I have previously encountered. When I came back here, I wished Anas would be the one who helped me again! Donny also greeted and cared for me, who made such a good cup of coffee! Now the room, where should I start? They upgraded us for free to the deluxe suite; The room is gorgeous. The bathtub made my day as it 's enormous and very comfortable. They even gave me a small cake to celebrate my anniversary. On top of that, they gifted me vouchers to dine at Yoshi Izakaya (my and my husband 's favorite Japanese restaurant), so this time, I was pampered by Gran Melia. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and I am 100 % will be back to stay in the red-level rooms again. Thank you, Gran Melia Jakarta!

Truly a Top Tier 5 Stars Hotel in Jakarta! Humble and Amazing service right from the Concierge to the Lost & Found & Housekeeping team. Such a pleasant stay that me and my wife ever experienced. Real clean bedroom & bathroom, Supercool Air Con, Great Wifi Speed & Connection, Covid-19 Strict SOP was amazing. Will be returned for sure in the future, for we haven't taste the breakfast yet in our stay today. Goks!!

Start with Parking Space is quite spacious. Room quite big with comfortable bed. Just due to quite old hotel, the carpet a little bit smelly for the sensitive nose people, like my wife. The pool is very nice and very relaxing, I enjoy it so much. The breakfast, I did not taste it because quite expensive I think. Overall is fantastic...

Thank you so much to the Guest Experience team for making our stay so much more than we expected! Lovely decorations that they gave us after we let them know that it was our anniversary, the room was great and cozy, and although we were at a smoking room as we requested the room did not smell at all when we arrived! Kudos to the team! The food at the buffet might need some improvement, as some dishes were placed on regular plates where they probably should have been placed on heated plates/under warming lights, and some menus could use some improvement. I would stay here again, but maybe revamp the buffet menu and serving. Thanks!

Lovely decorations that they gave us after we let them know that it was our anniversary, the room was great and cozy, and although we were at a smoking room as we requested the room did not smell at all when we arrived! Kudos to the team! The food at the buffet might need some improvement, as some dishes were placed on regular plates where they probably should have been placed on heated plates/under warming lights, and some menus could use some improvement. I would stay here again, but maybe revamp the buffet menu and serving. Thanks!
