Hotel Antares

The hotel is located quite in the city centre which makes it easier to go to some important spots such as malls, cafes, and other places. However, the hotel needs to improve the room quality as well as doing maintenance for the bathroom because it looks so old. Breakfast should also be improved because the taste is not so good. The staff should also be quick to refill the food/beverage when it runs out.

First time setting foot in Medan, I tried this hotel. The exterior looks like a legendary hotel, there is a sister hotel Grand Antares right before this hotel. The lobby looks traditional and is served well and friendly by the receptionist. Unfortunately, the elevator in the hotel only operates one elevator. The corridor atmosphere feels like old school. As for the rooms, they are spacious and airy. The facilities are quite complete, there is mineral water, an electric kettle, instant drinks, a sofa and a small table, bathroom amenities are also complete. The only drawbacks are the towels that are not absorbent and there is no cable TV. The restaurant is quite spacious but the food is not very varied. Uniquely, traditional cakes are provided in the snack bar. The cleanliness of the restaurant, especially at the food menu table, needs more attention. I didn't expect the hotel to still be in such good condition, even though it's old. And the price is cheap.

All employees are friendly and the FTTH service is excellent.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and my kids loved the pool. The staff was also friendly.

for the umpteenth time I stayed at Antares Hotel, which in my opinion is actually a very worthy hotel to stay if renovated properly. for example the sound insulation of the windows is still bad, the sound from outside is very clear. And this time out of nowhere there is a strong smell from the bathroom even though it has not been used. even so I am still very happy to stay here because there is a pool for children, the food is quite good, the parking lot is wide, just maybe the workers should smile a little more to the guests. hopefully in the future Antares will be even better, and hopefully there will be a mini fridge in the room to store drinks

The hotel staff is friendly, quiet and comfortable.

The hotel staff was friendly, but this time it was a bit complicated. We waited an hour for check-in, not to mention having to fill out information, even though this wasn't our first time staying here. The bathroom blower was also broken and noisy. Otherwise, there were no issues.

Breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Motorcycle parking is too deep and uncomfortable. A more suitable parking space is needed.

The hotel is okay, the breakfast is also quite good, there is a swimming pool too.

The rooms are nice and comfortable, the environment is also comfortable, close to the mosque, for worship.

Very impressive, but I asked for the hotel bill back because it had been deleted from the email. As of today, the app hasn't sent it.

The check-in process was smooth, room 505 was in good condition, only the AC needed to be replaced because it was old.
