I had a great experience staying at this hotel. Tasty breakfast, uque interior design, and wide matress. All the staffs were also hospitable. What I didn't like about this hotel was the towel bath mat that its fibers kept shedding.

Stayed twice at Golden Palace, the first time everything was ok so I came back to Golden. The second time, check-in took a long time (more than 1 hour) even though we arrived at the hotel at 4:00 PM WIT, the room should have been ready. The room's toilet flush sometimes got stuck. Went down for breakfast at 9:00 AM but the food was gone, all that was left was a little fried rice, white rice, noodles and eggs even though there was an additional charge of 80 thousand rupiah for children (not worth the price while the breakfast cut-off time is 10:00 AM WIT). Hopefully Golden's service can be better in the future.

The room was so dusty, I even got a cold. It was so dusty that dust stuck to my black shirt. The ceiling and walls were dusty. Especially the mattress. Next time, please pay attention to the cleanliness of your room 🙏
