I stayed here for a work event. The location is very strategic. Just get off at the mall. It's close to everything. The room was comfortable, and all the facilities were in working order. I really enjoyed the view of the mosque and Trans Studio Bandung.

I have to complain. The hotel is not peak season. There was no one at all. I checked in at 12. I know the check-in time is 2. What I need to complain about is, give the staff more training. We are humans, not robots. We have to be flexible. It's very unprofessional to leave only one customer in the lobby. That's funny. They can chat at the counter but don't want to contact housekeeping, prioritizing me to go in first. Please give them training. Don't be like robots, everyone follows the rules. There wasn't even a single person in the lobby. It's not peak season.
