A pleasant experience at this hotel, when we first arrived we just grabbed the luggage and the staff immediately helped us lift and deliver our luggage. The front desk was friendly, the room facilities were amazing, the interior was aesthetic, and the balcony had a view of Malang city and the mountains. The pool was nice. I highly recommend staying here again.
