Awesome experience in this hotel. From check in staffs Marini and Sintia were amazing. Bellboy and security were superb. Cleaning service in room dining. All the staffs including the trainee are very polite. Gojek food to this resort is so easy and convenient to collect. The swimming pool is so fun and kids friendly. Trans may not be international big brand, but I can assure you, the service in this resort is much better than all the other international 5 stars resort that I ve been. My daughter was sick, and the help they offer was great. Thank you trans hotel. Keep it up. You have captured our heart.

Clean room, nice pool, pretty jacuzzi, everything so nice in this villa. And friendly staff. My kids really enjoy and wanna be back.

This villa is really recommended! Big and clean.. the pool also big, you can request floating breakfast. I stay 3 nights here with my bestie. And we all so happy to stay here.. the staff also very nice, friendly and helpful! I will stay here again if I come to Bali!!!!! Lovely place

The room is nice. We stay at the two connecting rooms with two conform room. There is hair blower, shampoo, toothpastes and bath tub. Love the room and the services.

Staff is very friendly, room is very clean, amenities are quite good, this is my 4th times coming back to this boutique hotel. Best in bali!
