What a great experience staying in this hotel. The staff are very friendly, especially the receptionist who handled my check-in. He upgraded my room from superior to deluxe. I was also amazed by the location of this hotel; it just takes 5 minutes to Losari Beach.

Overall, it exceeded my expectations for the price. I was delighted with the staff's friendliness. I was on a business trip to Makassar, and checked in at 9:00 PM and even got a free room upgrade. The staff is friendly and quickly assists with any concerns. The food is quite good, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. It's a bit dusty, so I often catch a cold, and my stay was quite long. Overall, it's excellent. I'll definitely stay again if I'm in Makassar.

Bed sheet and bed cover full of stains. Hot water is not always available; when available, it's not hot enough. The phone is disconnected, so we had to go down to the lobby to contact anyone. Service is very slow; we had to go down three times before someone sent up the hair dryer. Now we know why the price is so low.
