What a great experience staying in this hotel. The staff are very friendly, especially the receptionist who handled my check-in. He upgraded my room from superior to deluxe. I was also amazed by the location of this hotel; it just takes 5 minutes to Losari Beach.

Overall, it exceeded my expectations for the price. I was delighted with the staff's friendliness. I was on a business trip to Makassar, and checked in at 9:00 PM and even got a free room upgrade. Thank you, Mbak Putri, for being so humble. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Makassar.

I didn't expect that with an affordable budget, I could get a room that was quite comfortable, spacious and the hotel staff, from the receptionist, roomboy, security staff, were friendly and easy to communicate with when we needed help. The right hotel choice for those of you who want to walk directly to spot points such as Losari Beach, Somba Opu, souvenir centers, legendary culinary, even tours such as museums and Fort Rotterdam (no need to take ojol/other vehicles ✨) and just to enjoy the streets of "old Makassar" in the morning or evening. The good service must be maintained and improved. The neatness of the bathroom is quite good, and needs to be improved further. Thank you M Regenchy Hotel Makassar ✨ What a nice place to go 🏨

Strategic location, spacious room, friendly staff, cool AC, very cheap price 👍🏻. Cons: got a smoking room (requested no smoking), the cigarette smell was very strong, it stuck to my clothes. The water heater didn't work, the towels were very dirty, better as a doormat.
