Friendly staff.. Near Losari Beach location

The receptionist was very slow and the room I booked was not what I expected. The towels were very old.

The lobby is really hot, check-in time is really long.. room cleanliness is 5/10. The food in the restaurant takes a long time to refill, some of it is stale😭😭 first and last time coming here…

Well, all hotel staff are very responsive and provide good service.

The hotel staff was quite nice, but sometimes the receptionist forgot our arrival order, leading to a mixed-up check-in. The rooms are clean, spacious, with a water heater, and complete amenities. Recommended for a budget stay near Losari Beach.

Hotel with the worst service: - The receptionist was overwhelmed with only one person, while many guests were checking in/out.... - There was no bellboy (Potter) to help with luggage, so I had to carry three suitcases to the elevator, and two closed suitcases in the elevator going upstairs by myself. Because I didn't get the third suitcase in time, it was already closed... (There was no initiative from the receptionist to direct the bellboy). - Dirty room (old room) never cleaned, the bathroom phone didn't work, and there were no clean towels. When I asked for towels, I was given torn ones... (WHAT KIND OF A HOTEL IS THIS?)

The staff was friendly. I complained that the AC in my room wasn't cooling. The staff responded quickly. Although it still wasn't cooling, I felt appreciated that my complaint was addressed. However, for a hotel close to Losari Beach, I recommend this hotel for its very affordable price.

Strategic location, spacious and clean rooms

Good and cheap. Recommended and definitely close to delicious coffee from Kopi, near the cobek2 food place and also the oleole center.

The most recommended deluxe room... Clean, comfortable, cold AC.

Unfortunately only certain rooms have breakfast.

The TV in the room had an unclear picture, it was spotty... the food at this hotel was not very varied. The restaurant staff were slow to refill the food, and there was a burning smell from the kitchen, probably because they were in a hurry to cook.
