This place is indeed beautiful and boasts attractive facilities. However, unfortunately, the quality of service we received fell far short of the expected hospitality standards. Our experience with a sales representative named Indah was one of the worst we've ever had. Unclear communication, slow responses, minimal effort to find solutions, and a lack of accountability made us feel neglected as guests. Every problem that arose felt like it was made more difficult, not helped to resolve. In the hospitality business, service is the foundation. No matter how luxurious the facilities are, they mean nothing if guests have to deal with unprofessional service that isn't focused on customer satisfaction. It's a shame because this place has so much potential. However, our bad experience has diminished any positive impression we could have had. Management needs to seriously evaluate the quality of its human resources and service standards, as one incompetent staff member can ruin a reputation built over years.

Yesterday, I chose a family room, but it was quiet, with no one else nearby. I ended up upgrading to a suite, which cost me an additional 350,000 Rupiah, plus an additional 175,000 Rupiah for children, making me quite broke. The room was okay, but it turned out there was no TV.

Everything is nice from every aspect. Tip: Don't always open your room door, otherwise flies come inside.

The place is comfortable, family- and kid-friendly. The rooms are also comfortable, but because of the tent concept, even the suites are still hot. The air conditioner doesn't really work, and the food selection isn't extensive. Overall, it's very comfortable and I recommend this place. Don't be surprised during the fly season, because it is close to the vegetable gathering and there is manure in all areas around Lake Batur, but what is clear is that the place is beautiful and comfortable.

The hotel was nice, but it was a shame there were so many empty rooms, perhaps because it wasn't the holiday season. The staff were all friendly. Hopefully, Bali will become more popular with tourists.

The location is attractive. The heated swimming pool. I don't want to put down anyone's business. I'm giving an honest review. I stayed in Suite 1. I hope the management reads this review and improves it for the future. 1. The room in Suite 1 had a smelly toilet. It smelled even worse when it wasn't in use. I don't know if the septic tank was full or what. 2. Flies. It's an open secret. Flies in Kintamani are truly amazing. 3. The road. I had a small car. Ugh... poor car. If it were free, I probably wouldn't have taken it. But I already paid. I had no choice. The entrance road is only for one car and is DESTROYED. The car arrived and went uphill, full of rocks. The way back was fine. The descent, though, was completely destroyed. 4. Delicious food. 5. Pool. Warm water. THAT'S ALL.
