Greeted with a warm welcome.
The staff are lovely ,leisure and spa facilities are excellent very relaxing,the room was big and clean and had complementary water and products, but was a little cold ,fine once I was in the bed . The girl at checkout was so helpful and informative , should probably of just asked for the heating to be turned on or up .

Freezing cold rooms, rude front desk staff at check in “you didn’t even book direct” (I guess having hotels .com status means nothing) TV did not work, not at all clean enough. Room service left in hallway 24+ hours.
Not worth the price point. But you don’t have many other options in Monaghan.

Beautiful hotel, room was a great size for family of 4
Swimming pool is great but they let too many people in one of the days u couldn't swim it was so packed.
Good selection for breakfast but my kids not so happy that both mornings the pancake machine was out of order.
Not a lot to do in Monaghan town but hotel is great for little kids for the kids club/cinema etc
