The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM. The check-in location differs from the property location. To check in, go to Via G. D'Annunzio, 189 If you arrive at the property after hours, you'll need to check in at an alternate location: Via G. D'Annunzio 189To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 7:30 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email 7 days before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.

The following facilities are closed seasonally each year. They will be closed from September 10 to May 28:
