The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM. The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [Via G. D'Annunzio, 189]. If you arrive at the property after hours, you'll need to check in at an alternate location: [Via G. D'Annunzio 189]. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 7:30 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 7 days before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.

The following facilities are closed seasonally each year. They will be closed from September 10 to May 28:
