This was my second stay at Oriental Hotel, and I chose to come back because of its convenient location. It's easy to reach and a great place to stay even if you don't plan to visit Universal Studios. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast, which offers a great variety of delicious food. I especially loved the fresh orange juice machine that squeezes oranges on the spot. The hotel also provides a welcome lounge for guests, which is a nice touch and makes the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had another pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

I am very particular about the hotels I stay at. This was a very nice and very clean hotel. The service and food were both excellent. The only issue I had were the pillows. The pillows are very thick and very hard. My husband and son were able to sleep on them but I was not.

Great location walking distance from Universal Studios and train station plenty of shops and restaurants near by. They offer a variety of amenities and we appreciated the baggage storage area prior to check in. Kids enjoyed the free hotdogs and ice cream. Comfortable beds! Staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside of our stay was the elevator situation. During our stay we had to wait for an elevator it seemed like maybe only one was working out of the 4.

We are sooo happy of our stay even if it was just for night. The room was super duper clean, the lobby was spacious and really comfortable and picture perfect. The restaurants very near the park and the places there were soooo convenient to our hotel!! It’s truly a must to be in here!

Everything was great location excellent if your going to universal. Very close to the train station. Plenty of food options and shopping. Only problem was checking in they gave us the wrong room with 3 beds instead of for 4 people and took a while to convince them we had booked a room for 4 people even after showing the reservation and photos of the room we booked. This was all past midnight so that was not fun especially when the guest is tired. Eventually they moved us.

Rooms were very clean and maintained daily. Staff were very friendly and welcome drinks were nice. Luggage storage was great and was very handy for when we arrived early. Close to train which was helpful when going into the city (quick ride). Close universal studios which was exactly what we wanted. Breakfast was really good and had a wonderful variety. Tickets for universal studios could be purchased from the hotel, which was fabulous. Couches in the lobby were stained and as a first impression would be good to have them cleaned. The welcome lounge was nice, but would be good if it stayed open longer. Possibly a few different items for the kids at the welcome lounge (similar to Oriental Tokyo Bay), could be another suggestion. But all in all, it is great!
