This was my second stay at Oriental Hotel, and I chose to come back because of its convenient location. It's easy to reach and a great place to stay even if you don't plan to visit Universal Studios. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast, which offers a great variety of delicious food. I especially loved the fresh orange juice machine that squeezes oranges on the spot. The hotel also provides a welcome lounge for guests, which is a nice touch and makes the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had another pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

Fantastic location, we are just a few minutes walk away from Universal Studios. There is a literal mall just outside the hotel where you can get food, shop for merchandise, and also 2 convenient stores for your comfort. The rooms are a little older but very comfortable. There is even a shoe dryer. Came in handy after a rainy day at USJ. Would stay again.

I really well positioned property with a great snack area which we probably under utilised that daily house cleaning and pyjamas were fantastic. Would highly recommend and will revisit. The staff were so helpful.

Check-in process could have been better. I arrived prior to the 3:00pm and was patiently waiting in the lobby for the check-in window to open up (as instructed by the staff). Although, the staff f knew that I was waiting, the began to check in other patrons prior to the 3:00pm start.

It was quite clean but there were a lot of drain flies throughout my 6 day stay in room 2021. I killed 7, my wife killed 3. Not a huge issue but bothersome. Very good location, very quiet. Kid friendly.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming during our entire visit, always willing to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself and the rooms were very clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely worth every extra dollar — everything was delicious, fresh, and there were plenty of options to enjoy each morning. The only disappointing part was the temperature inside the rooms. It was extremely hot, and although you can request a fan, it unfortunately didn’t make much of a difference. Aside from that issue, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality from the staff.
