Hotel reception is temporarily locating in level 1, room 1007. Please take note that main lobby entrance is temporarily closed for maintenance works purposes.

The WiFi is not available and there are cockroaches in the room and toilets. Looks clean but not cleans I myself have killed 3 cockroachses.

Toilet so small and untidy, furniture need to throw out cause make the invironment looks scary. TV is useless. Water mineral water provided.

Great location and not a bad budget motel. Only problem for me are the cockroaches problem. Lots of the little roaches on the room and toilet floors running around.

I book this hotel stay for 3days. Then reception charge me more rm30. How come about this? I asked. They said is for tax. What tax I understood. N so bad the reception. I got something want to ask. In room call for them many times but they don’t have pick up. 4-5 times and must wait so long! . 1 best worker is cleaning people ( aunty) . And everything is very bad very bad.
